How to delete your Praxis account, and exactly what goes with it and what is kept.

In the app
من التطبيق
Open the app, sign in, and go to Profile → Delete account. Confirm, and the account is deleted at once. It cannot be undone.
افتح التطبيق وسجّل الدخول، ثم اذهب إلى «الملف الشخصي ← حذف الحساب». وبعد التأكيد يُحذف الحساب فوراً، ولا يمكن التراجع عنه.
If a payment of yours is still in progress — you have started paying online, sent us a Qi Card receipt, or a person is checking it — the account cannot be deleted until that payment is finished: approved, rejected or expired. Then delete it again.
إذا كانت إحدى دفعاتك ما تزال جارية — بدأت الدفع عبر الإنترنت، أو أرسلت وصل بطاقة كي، أو يراجعها موظّف — فلا يمكن حذف الحساب حتى تنتهي تلك الدفعة: بالموافقة أو الرفض أو انتهاء المهلة، ثم احذفه مرّة أخرى.

What is kept, without your identity
ما يبقى بلا هويتك
A record of each payment you made or asked for, because our accounts need it — without your name, your email, your receipt image, or any link to your account. And, if you answered it, the question about how your college runs its practical exam — without your identity and without the exact time.
سجلّ لكل دفعة أجريتها أو طلبتها لأن حساباتنا تحتاج إليه — بلا اسمك ولا بريدك ولا صورة الوصل ولا أي ربط بحسابك. وإن كنت أجبت عنه، السؤال عن طريقة الامتحان العملي في كليتك — بلا هويتك وبلا الوقت الدقيق.
