Privacy
This describes what Praxis records about you, who can see it, and what happens to it when you leave. It describes what the software actually does — not what a policy template says it might do.

What you give us when you create an account
ما تقدّمه عند إنشاء الحساب
Your email address and a password. The password is held by our authentication provider and is never visible to us.
بريدك الإلكتروني وكلمة المرور. كلمة المرور محفوظة لدى مزوّد المصادقة ولا نطّلع عليها.
Your medical college and your study year. They place you on your college leaderboard and let us compare exam formats between colleges.
كليتك ومرحلتك الدراسية. تُستخدمان في ترتيب كليتك وفي مقارنة صيغ الامتحان بين الكليات.
Your full name, if you sign up in the mobile app. The website does not ask for it.
اسمك الكامل إذا سجّلت عبر تطبيق الهاتف. أمّا الموقع فلا يطلبه.
A phone number, if you choose to add one on the website. It is optional.
رقم هاتف إن اخترت إضافته في الموقع، وهو اختياري.
What is recorded while you use it
ما يُسجَّل أثناء الاستخدام
Every answer you give: which question, which option you chose, whether it was correct, and when. This is what the performance analysis is made of — without it there is nothing to analyse.
كل إجابة تعطيها: أي سؤال، وأي خيار اخترت، وهل كان صحيحاً، ومتى. هذا هو أساس تحليل الأداء.
Your study sittings — when a session started and ended, and how many questions it held.
جلسات الدراسة: متى بدأت الجلسة ومتى انتهت وكم سؤالاً تضمّنت.
When you last signed in and when you were last active. The second of these drives the streak.
آخر مرّة سجّلت فيها الدخول وآخر نشاط لك. والثاني هو ما يحسب تتابع الأيام.
If you allow notifications in the mobile app, a push token for your device, and the time a streak reminder was last sent to it so you are not sent two in a day.
إذا سمحت بالإشعارات في التطبيق، رمز إشعارات لجهازك، ووقت آخر تذكير أُرسل إليه حتى لا يتكرّر في اليوم نفسه.
The devices you sign in from — the kind of device, its operating system, the browser, and when it was last seen. This is how an account that has been shared around becomes visible.
الأجهزة التي تدخل منها: نوع الجهاز ونظامه والمتصفّح وآخر ظهور له. وبهذا يتبيّن الحساب الذي جرى تداوله بين أكثر من شخص.
What other students can see
ما يراه الطلبة الآخرون
The leaderboard is visible to other signed-in students. It shows the part of your email address before the @ as your name, together with your college, your study year and your score. It does not show the rest of your email address, your phone number, or anything you answered.
لوحة الترتيب مرئية لبقية الطلبة المسجّلين. تُعرض فيها الأحرف التي تسبق علامة @ في بريدك بوصفها اسمك، مع كليتك ومرحلتك ونتيجتك. ولا يُعرض باقي بريدك ولا رقم هاتفك ولا أي من إجاباتك.
Choose your email address with that in mind. If the part before the @ is your full name, other students will see your full name.
انتبه إلى بريدك عند التسجيل: إذا كان ما قبل علامة @ اسمك الكامل، فسيراه بقيّة الطلبة.
The question about your practical exam
السؤال عن امتحانك العملي
You may be asked how the practical exam is run at your college — an OSCE, a long case, and so on. The answer is stored with your college, your study year and the month, because it is a fact about a university rather than about you.
قد نسألك كيف يُجرى الامتحان العملي في كليتك. تُحفظ الإجابة مع الكلية والمرحلة والشهر، لأنها معلومة عن جامعة لا عنك.
If you delete your account, this one answer is kept — but your identity is removed from it, and the exact time is deleted along with your identity so that the answer cannot be traced back to you. What remains reads: this college, this study year, this exam format, this month.
عند حذف حسابك تبقى هذه الإجابة وحدها، لكن تُمحى هويتك منها ويُمحى معها الوقت الدقيق حتى لا يمكن ربطها بك. ويبقى منها: الكلية، والمرحلة، وصيغة الامتحان، والشهر.
Paying
الدفع
No card details are ever held by this platform. There is nowhere in it to type a card number.
لا تُحفظ أي بيانات بطاقة لدى هذه المنصّة إطلاقاً، ولا يوجد فيها مكان لإدخال رقم بطاقة.
When you buy something we store the reference number, the amount, which package you chose, and the state the request is in. If you pay through the ZainCash wallet we also store the transaction id the gateway returns. If you pay in cash at an agent, we store the reference you typed and the photo of the receipt you uploaded, so a person can check that the money arrived.
عند الشراء نحفظ رقم المرجع والمبلغ والباقة التي اخترتها وحالة الطلب. وإذا دفعت عبر محفظة زين كاش نحفظ أيضاً رقم العملية الذي تعيده البوّابة. وإذا دفعت نقداً لدى وكيل نحفظ رقم المرجع الذي كتبته وصورة الوصل التي رفعتها، ليتحقّق موظّف من وصول المبلغ.
Receipt images are kept in private storage. They are not reachable by a public link; a reviewer opens one through a link that expires.
تُحفظ صور الوصولات في تخزين خاص، ولا يمكن الوصول إليها برابط عام؛ بل يفتحها الموظّف برابط ينتهي صلاحيته.
What leaves this platform for the payment gateway is the reference number, the amount, and the two addresses you return to afterwards. Your name and your email address are not sent to it.
ما يُرسل إلى بوّابة الدفع هو رقم المرجع والمبلغ وعنوانا العودة بعد الدفع فقط. ولا يُرسل اسمك ولا بريدك الإلكتروني.
Who can see your data
من يطّلع على بياناتك
You. Your own records are the only ones your account can read.
أنت. لا يستطيع حسابك قراءة سجلّات أحد غيرك.
Administrators, who need it to review a payment, fix an account, or answer a question you have asked. Other staff roles — reviewers, authors, analysts — cannot see subscriber records.
المشرفون، عند مراجعة دفعة أو إصلاح حساب أو الردّ على سؤالك. أمّا بقية الأدوار من مراجعين ومحرّرين ومحلّلين فلا ترى سجلّات المشتركين.

The services we depend on
الخدمات التي نعتمد عليها
Supabase — the database, the sign-in system and file storage. Everything described above lives there.
Supabase — قاعدة البيانات ونظام الدخول وتخزين الملفات. وكل ما ذُكر أعلاه محفوظ فيها.
ZainCash — wallet payments, and only what is listed under Paying.
زين كاش — الدفع بالمحفظة، وبالقدر المذكور في فقرة الدفع فقط.
Expo — delivers a notification to your phone when you have allowed them. It receives your device push token, not your identity.
Expo — توصل الإشعارات إلى هاتفك عند سماحك بها، وتتلقّى رمز إشعارات الجهاز لا هويتك.
There is no advertising network in this platform, and no analytics tracker. Nothing here follows you to other websites.
لا توجد في هذه المنصّة أي شبكة إعلانات ولا أداة تتبّع تحليلية، ولا شيء فيها يتعقّبك في مواقع أخرى.
Deleting your account
حذف حسابك
You can delete your account yourself: in the app under Profile → Delete account, or on the website under My Profile → Delete account. It takes effect at once and cannot be undone.
يمكنك حذف حسابك بنفسك: في التطبيق من «الملف الشخصي ← حذف الحساب»، أو في الموقع من «ملفي الشخصي ← حذف الحساب». ويتمّ الحذف فوراً ولا يمكن التراجع عنه.
When an account is deleted, what goes with it is your profile, your answers, your study sittings, your subscription, and any receipt image you uploaded.
عند حذف الحساب يُحذف معه ملفك الشخصي وإجاباتك وجلسات دراستك واشتراكك، وأي صورة وصل رفعتها.
A record of each payment you made or asked for is kept, because our accounts need it: the reference number, the amount, the package, the dates, your college, and any offer or code that applied — so that, for example, a representative whose code you used is still paid. It is kept without your name, your email, your receipt image, the number from an agent's receipt, the wallet payment's transaction number, or any link to your account. A price you were quoted but had not started paying is closed, and any university seat it held is given back.
يُحتفظ بسجلّ لكل دفعة أجريتها أو طلبتها، لأن حساباتنا تحتاج إليه: رقم المرجع والمبلغ والباقة والتواريخ وكليتك وأي عرض أو رمز طُبّق — كي يبقى، مثلاً، ممثّل الجامعة الذي استخدمت رمزه مستحقّاً لمكافأته. ويُحفظ هذا السجلّ بلا اسمك ولا بريدك الإلكتروني ولا صورة الوصل ولا الرقم المطبوع على وصل الوكيل ولا رقم عملية المحفظة، وبلا أي ربط بحسابك. أمّا السعر الذي عُرض عليك ولم تبدأ بدفعه فيُغلق، ويُعاد أي مقعد جامعي كان محجوزاً له.
If a payment of yours is still in progress when you ask — you have started paying in the ZainCash wallet, sent us the number from an agent's receipt, or a person is checking it — the account is not deleted until that payment is finished: approved, rejected or expired. Money that may be on its way to us has to be matched to the person who sent it.
إذا كانت إحدى دفعاتك ما تزال جارية عند طلب الحذف — بدأت الدفع بمحفظة زين كاش، أو أرسلت إلينا رقم وصل الوكيل، أو يراجعها موظّف — فلا يُحذف الحساب حتى تنتهي تلك الدفعة: بالموافقة أو الرفض أو انتهاء المهلة، لأن المال الذي قد يكون في طريقه إلينا يجب أن يُطابَق مع من أرسله.
Two things are kept without your identity: that payment record, and the practical exam answer described above, which also loses its exact time.
وشيئان فقط يبقيان بلا هويتك: سجلّ الدفعات هذا، وإجابة الامتحان العملي المذكورة أعلاه، التي يُمحى منها الوقت الدقيق أيضاً.
